RiskRecon in the Media – Dr Makhubela interviewed by ENCA on WEF risk report & state failure in South Africa

RiskRecon will, on 2 February, 2022, launch a report entitled – The South Africa case: local government failure as first stage of state collapse.

The interview conducted with Dr. Makhubela, on ENCA by Dan Moyane (26.1.22), on the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Risks report, paves the way for the release of RiskRecon’s special investigation of non-linear and asymmetric risk factors driving state failure and state collapse from a local government level in South Africa.
