The ambassador accused South Africa of not being &#8216;truly non-aligned&#8217;, while also insinuating that the country sold weapons to the Russian Federation.<\/p><p>Dr Makhubela addresses this issue and raises concerns about extraterritorial behaviour by the USA, and that the unaddressed issue, that will be come more prominent in coming months, is the country&#8217;s main naval base in Simon&#8217;s Town.
